Who I Work With

You spend so much time taking care of everyone else — at work, at home, and in your relationships — that you catch yourself thinking, “Wait… who’s taking care of me?”

 

I work with people who are used to being the strong ones, the dependable ones, the ones others lean on. It’s rewarding, but it can also be exhausting. If you’ve been putting yourself last for far too long, therapy with me is a space where you finally get to come first.

My approach

Think of therapy with me as a reset. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out or to keep up appearances — just a space to pause and focus on you.​

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and practical tools you can confidently use in your everyday life. Together, we’ll work on:

  • Quieting the constant mental noise

  • Setting boundaries that actually stick (without the guilt)

  • Learning to rest and recharge — free from shame

  • Reconnecting with who you are beyond all the roles you fill
