My approach

Therapy with me is a space where you can finally take off the “I’m fine” mask and just be yourself—no pressure, no performing, no expectation to have everything figured out.​

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused approaches. Together, we’ll work on:​

  • Shifting unhelpful patterns and creating healthier internal narratives

  • Regulating emotions and reconnecting with yourself

  • Building practical tools that support real-life change

  • Centering your voice, your story, and your pace
