I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies to help you:

  • Quiet self-critical thoughts

  • Manage anxiety and overwhelm

  • Set clearer boundaries

  • Regulate your emotions in the moment

  • Prioritize your own needs without shutting everyone else out
