I built Honest Hour so cycle-breakers and the strong ones could get real tools, not just a nod. Financial therapy is my specialty, and several of our clinicians can work with it too — alongside their own strengths in grief, trauma, and life transitions. These days I'm not in the therapy chair myself; my focus is speaking and workshops, mostly on financial therapy, though not exclusively.
